POSITION DESCRIPTION

current and future (forecast) market trends in reward management and
recruitment practices. Management of recruitment and selection
tracking and planning system within its HRIS. Sourcing appropriate
on line skills, personality, psychometric and cognitive testing
programmes. Analysing and advising on psychometric and cognitive
test results for recruitment needs .Continually evaluating and
identifying global resourcing needs per manpower plans, developing
and delivering structured plans to fill the gaps. Identifying and
advising managers on job evaluation, job analysis needs and assist
in production of job/person specifications
Identifying training and development needs of managers/recruiters in
Recruitment & Selection Procedures including Interviewing Skills,
Questioning Skills etc with emphasis on global differences in regard
to the Data Protection Act (UK), Equal Opportunities, Human Rights

HIRING PROFILE
Proven HRD/Recruitment experience with recognized qualifications in
HR (MBA in HRD e.g.).10-12 years experience, at least 3-4 at senior
level heading recruitment. Networking experience. Talent recruitment
(senior positions) experience. Proven leadership, responsibility,
reliability and accountability. Commercial and entrepreneurial,
result orientation. Experience/knowledge of global company
needs/cultures/needs. Current trends and future forecasts in R&S
initiatives.To be successful s/he should have corporate full life
cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a global environment and
management experience in a recruitment and/or HR environment.
Furthermore the individual will have proven ability to build a
strong, cohesive team by motivating, coaching and inspiring
professionals. Experience in a multinational pharmaceutical and/or
healthcare company with offices in India as well as recruiting in
European markets is preferred but not essential.
